Vegetable oils are more than able to take care of your omega 3 needs. Absolute organix has created a 50/50 premium virgin cold-pressed oil blend from two of the finest plant sources of Omega 3 fatty acids, so essential for your brain, eye, heart, hormone and skin health – flaxseed oil and chia seed oil. The chia oil comes from seeds that are a pioneering first, grown here in South Africa. These oils are rich in ALA (Alpha-linolenic acid) that provides a crucial dietary source of EPA and DHA. Slippery texture and bitter taste but nothing worse than any other omega 3 products you could get! Very great and skin cleared up within days. Highly recommend!
