The oil has no smell at all which is great if you want to add your own essence. Not a thick oil at all so it soaks up into your skin and hair beautifully. Love it! Only dislike is that the pump squirts up A LOT of oil so you have to be very careful when pumping. I moved all the oil into another bottle because I kept pumping too much!
