It is rather acidic, with a strong, sharp flavour. It has a good texture, although it is a bit gritty from some coarse bits of cacao. Which was disappointing. It is delicious, but for the price I would rather buy Freys chocolate (available in Checkars) instead. It has less sugar and the same quality ingredients.
