The Shiitake Mushrooms from Air Dried Foods are a Japanese inspired, umami snack entirely free from sugar, gluten, dairy and preservatives. The Shiitake Mushrooms are dehydrated at low temperatures to protect the natural vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. These delicious fungi are seasoned to perfection with Tamari sauce, apple cider vinegar, olive oil and coriander seeds.
