I use my salts daily, along with Margaret Roberts' 'Tissue Salts for Healthy Living' book, for minor ailments, chronic conditions and maintaining my health and vitality.11/07/2018, By Amywas advised this for my son's constant runny nose, post nasal drip. Worked within a couple hours. I crushed the pill between two spoons before my son takes it - it has a fairly pleasant taste. The runnies will return for sure, and that's fine, but if it bothers little boy too much I now know what to use.
