I can already see the improvement in the hormonal acne subsiding on my chin and jawline on the right side of my face :-) this sure beats trying to consume 4 tablesoons of flax seed daily. Will buy again15/04/2015, By M. PalomaI am into my 2nd month with these and have seen no significant change but believe one must give it 2 - 3 months, so will persevere. It can only do good.
