It moisturizes and keeps the skin fresh but doesn’t really brighten at all. The scent isn’t that awesome either, it doesn’t smell quite nice although not bad, it just has an “oily” smell. I have not noticed any major difference in my skin since using it. So it may just be that my skin is already bright, but I recommend you give it a try if you have dull skin.
