I steer away from anything containing essential oils (or fragrance), as it's detrimental
to my skin type. The only thing I don't like in here is the sunflower oil,
but seeing as I wash it off immediately and don't leave it on my face, its still 100% the best
gentle face wash I've found. Polyunsaturated oils have a molecular structure that is highly prone
to attack by free radicals, which triggers oxidation. An oxidized oil might moisturize your skin well,
but over the long-term, its absorption can lead to cell and connective tissue damage and age spots.
Personally, I only moisturise with Saturated fats - Squalane and unrefined shea butter (both non-comodegenic), being my absolute
favourites.
