It does have a coconut oil like base texture, but if you just rub it between your palms to heat it up it becomes very spreadable and the little beads/grains disappear as well. I've been using it for 2 weeks and wearing make-up over it every day for work, it absorbs beautifully and doesn't leave any oily residue or shine on my skin. Love the night cream, would recommend using that as a cream for both day and night and giving this one a skip. If you do use this though - top tip: take a bit out and rub it into your palm to create a cream like substance. It solidifies at room temp as it is coconut oil based.25/08/2018, By SarahWhen I started using this cream, my skin broke out with many pimples and blackheads for the first couple days. But my skin is very difficult when it comes to care products in general. Still, I saw it as part of the healing process as I suffered from major acne breakouts before. So I continued with my routine of cleaning, toning ( rose water) and applying a bit of the rose hip oil before applying the cream. After a week I could see major improvements in the size of my pores and the pimples disappeared to now. I think this cream feels very good on the skin and nourishes it with everything needed. Thank you faithful to nature for doing such a great job in offering these wonderful products.
