I have used my Bellabaci face cups about 4 times now, and it is recommended to do the treatment about 12 times to start noticing the results which are cumulative. I do enjoy the refreshed and invigorated feeling on my face after using these cups. I do my treatment for about 7 minutes in the evening on a cleansed face, and I apply coconut oil to use my facial cups. I am pretty pleased with this product.
