The only thing to be aware of is that it needs to be used within a few days. I use it for my coffee as a milk alternative. How I have overcome this is as follows: Pour the coconut milk into an ice tray and freeze, simply pop an 'ice cube' of milk into your coffee when needed, that way the milk will not spoil as it would if left in the fridge.26/04/2018, By BronwynCreamy and delicious without the extras that you find in most other brands of coconut milk.
