However, I find that the pencil itself is very "soft" and I like applying eyeliner to the inside of the eyelashes, not outside and it doesn't "stick" very well. Instead it sort of spreads out to the eyelashes because of the fact. Nonetheless, it's one of my favourite colours.23/09/2016, By PetaI am delighted with this eyeliner. I find it easy to apply going on smoothly and evenly, and lasts the whole day. Where black is too harsh for my coloring, the grey is perfect and neither too dark nor too light.
