I did however have a problem with the container leaking when I turned it upside down to use and even had the same problem with my second one so I think this could be a problem which needs to be looked at.22/05/2019, By BrittI love that this product is natural and free from harsh chemicals, it also is a pleasant smell and light on the skin. However I have noticed that it doesn't give a lot of protection in terms of an antiperspirant. I have used it now for a month. I was busy detoxing so at first, I didn’t think anything strange with me smelling worse than usual. I also didn’t question why I was smelling fresh for long due to the detoxing. However, the smell never got better. I noticed that it doesn't keep me smelling fresh at all. Even after the detox. I started smelling soon after applied. The past 2 days I have noticed a red ring surrounding my arm pit where I apply the roll-on. I've used Earthsap roll-on before this and both are really great. I love Simply Bee and the smell is not overwhelming. Soft and great for skin, even if you shave daily. I have extremely sensitive skin under my arms, and I've been trying (conventional) deodorant after deodorant trying to find something that doesn't irritate my skin.
After a particularly painful experience after shaving and using deodorant, resulting in a heavily pocked and scarred skin, I decided to try something natural. Unfortunately, this wasn't the one for me. I tend towards a fairly stinky self, when left to my own devices, and this deodorant did nothing for me. It smells nice, and goes on well, but the bottle leaks (it had already leaked in my box o the way to me) and it just plain doesn't work. An hour or so after application, I was stinky and embarrassed to be around me! I've had to go back to the conventional stuff just to avoid ruining all my clothes!
PS. Soaking BO-stinky clothes in a white vinegar solution and then washing as normal works well to get stubborn smells out!20/06/2017, By NickyThis deo works very well for me - it applies in a very thin layer which dries quickly, nice subtle fragrance, not overly perfumed which dissipates quickly. I don't smell too badly using this deo and it dries quickly even with colder temps. I'd say a better option than Dr Organic's deo's. I usually get a rash if bicarb is an ingredient but I have been using this for a few weeks and no rash.
