10/11/2018, By JaneI include this as part of every detox I do - it is so refreshing and wonderful for my teeth and overall I feel great, with more energy after doing it. Any toxins are certainly reduced or completely removed. I sometimes wish it was longer than 15 days as I really enjoy it, but it is still a bit of a treat, so I space out my cleanses so I can afford to include this.

Let it rejuvenate you and get you through. Works best when combined with routines to boost vitality like having a healthy breakfast before or after and embracing a healthy lifestyle. Enjoy! Tastes weird at first and then great too. I recommend warming the sachet in your hand first before opening it to melt the coconut oil. Though will probably be the perfect consistency in warm weather.
