In fact he says it the best toothbrush he has ever had, and please could I make sure there is always a spare in the cupboard. I find that the medium bristles are too soft, but the firm bristles are perfect. The brush cleans well, and the bristles have a good shape. It feels a bit larger in the mouth than another bamboo brand, but you get used to it. The Toothbrush did have rough/protruding wood at the back but nothing a bit of scratching can't fix.
