Would not say you can try jogging, etc. but great price for what it offers.07/06/2016, By DaniellaI was really excited to try these panty liners because I was very impressed with the brands organic tampons, but Im really disappointed in the products performance, as the sticky layer does not stick at all to my underwear, not even to the cotton gusset, and ends up crumpling up and sticking to itself and to my legs.
It really doesn feel like a panty liner at all, it feels like a full-on thick pad for a light menstruation day. I found I had to use more than one a day, and if you wear synthetic fabrics, they do not stick that well.

They really are brilliant pantyliners. Wouldn use it for something like a heavy flow period, of course, but as a daily liner, they are perfect. I have a tendency to get thrush from synthetics (like the usual supermarket ones that are plastic-backed), and have never had a problem with these. Also, no silly slogans and funky colours like the supermarket brands, which I hate. And the price is pretty good. The size is good, the sticky bit sticks well without getting stuck to the point of damaging the underwear fabric, and no bad stuff or perfumes in them.
