Not good support, but gives better shape than no bra. I measure 102cm around breast measurement, so took large in black and white. Based on another review, I took medium in beige as beige apparently larger/fabric more stretchy. And medium in beige fits and the large fits. I feel the bras bamboo material needs a bit more lycra/elastic so that they give more support . The inner cups do move around a bit, but easy to adjust.16/10/2018, By GillLove this bra. The band of material below the cups tends to work its way up - this is possibly aggravated because I'm very tall. That said, it is lovely and comfortable to wear around the house and after all it is extremely difficult to find a bra made of natural fibre these days.

Been wearing the non-padded ones since I discovered them and was thrilled when they released a padded version. No wires digging into my ribs and no clips pushing into my spine. They are lovely. Hoping they release a sports bra.
I burned all my other bras! (just kidding, I gave them away)02/08/2017, By Avrilsoft and comfortable. will order a smaller size next time though. one I bought although sized correctly feels too big. I will be ordering more and these will become my bra of preference.
27/07/2017, By AlweriAwesome bra! Lovely white colour to go with all your light/white tops. Love that it is padded and super comfortable. I started wearing sports bras, because wired bras caused discomfort, but they were to high cut. This is my new favourite bra!
