1. For a cleansing drink, I mix ACV, grapefruit juice, honey, cayenne pepper and cinnamon in a glass of water every morning on an empty stomach
2. For my skin I mix the ACV with oive oil in a container and wipe my face with a cotton pad.
3. I use this ACV with Epsom salt in my foot spa to relieve tired feet
