I am sorry that you are not satisfied with your product. I hope to address your concerns:
Firstly hemp does contain CBD, it is a known phytochemical present in that plant. We obtain our CBD from a world leading manufacturer in the Netherlands, they manufacture cannabis and CBD products for the pharmaceutical industry.
Each batch of our product has a certificate of analysis to prove that it contains pure CBD and is free from THC and other contaminants. We are happy to provide you with the Certificate of Analysis for your product if you feel it is necessary.
The CBD is extracted from hemp using supercritical CO2 extraction which is the current gold standard.
The product you purchased contains 100mg pure CBD (from Hemp) diluted in a medium-chain triglyceride oil (from coconut) with a little natural vanilla flavour.
I do apologize for the confusion caused by the labelling, I trust this helps to clarify for you and hope that you will enjoy using your CBD oil.

CBD may be "good for bowels" in that it has been shown to help with anxiety so it could help via that pathway to ease digestive issues.
The CBD is diluted in a base of coconut oil so it is possible that that is what gives you a little bit of digestive discomfort, whenever we consume fats our gall-bladder releases bile into our digestive tract which has a stimulating action on the muscles of digestion. You could try using your CBD oil with meals or having a little snack with it each time.
