Doves Farm is driven by a desire to create organic flour that makes home baking a joy. This is an off-white flour with the presence of brown flecks of bran, milled from an ancient wheat variety called Triticum Speltum.

I discovered spelt flour in Italy this year and was delighted to find it available at Faithful to Nature! This flour takes bread making and enjoyment to a whole new level.
I only use this brand of spelt with great results.

This spelt flour is SUCH GOOD QUALITY! HIGHLY recommended! There are easy to follow recipes on the back for different things. Best honey and cinnamon biscuit recipe. Everything turns out delicious!
