Great taste for most people. I prefer a longer fermentation. There is still too much sugar left for my taste.

Absolutely loved this Kombucha when it still had the metal cap. It was fizzy; I looked forward to the fizz as I do not drink carbonated soft drinks. When the cap changed to plastic the fizz was gone, still a great flavour. But missing the fizz, hence rating it a 3 and not a 5.
