This wholesome seed mix from Earthshine will add an extra nutritional punch to any meal. Sprinkle the Super Seed mix over salads or into soups, and enjoy some extra flavour and crunch, with plenty of essential nutrients to boot. Sunflower seeds are packed with vitamin E, while crispy buckwheat provides easily digestible protein and fibre. Earthshine’s Activated Super Seeds have been soaked and sprouted, to help release all those amazing nutrients. As a finishing touch, the raw seed mix is blended with a dash of organic tamari (a gluten-free soy sauce alternative), for a natural flavour boost.

If you like to eat seeds as part of your diet then these are definitely a go to for you. I've had seeds before and these tasted better. Not gonna lie though... eating seeds isnt for me. Even these great tasting crunchy, salted ones.
