12/08/2019, By DanI purchased this sunscreen before working in Thailand for two months. Did scuba-diving every day and this sunscreen prevented my face from burning while on the boat. It was a bit oily but it didn't make me break-out even though I have oily skin. Left my skin feeling very soft. And the fact that I wasn't putting harsh chemicals onto my skin or into the ocean was GREAT! And it's a local product which is fantastic!12/08/2019, By GaryBest sun cream I have ever used. I do a lot of sports outdoors and in the ocean. Yes, it is a bit oily and thick but it is all natural and that is what I love and my skin as well. Can surf or kite for long sessions and don't get burned. The excellent quality zinc protects well and even has a great healing affect. If I start feeling I am getting a fever blister, I apply the sun cream and it stops. Also there is no after taste after I apply it on my lips and also does not burn my eyes once I am in the water. I wont use any other sun cream.27/05/2019, By MargeThis is the 3rd tube I bought and still love it. If you don't like greasy then you will struggle with this. I've found that I just need to rub in properly until it settles, then it's not so bad. It protects well and it feels like it hydrates my skin as well. But, it is a good sunscreen and I've not only been protected from the sun's harmful rays, my skin has improved so much while using this sunscreen. Obviously it being a natural product the first squirt might be a bit watery, but this isn't in ANY WAY a bad thing --- it just shows it's natural, which is what we want when we buy products with organic ingredients. People complaining about the "spreadability" of it don't know how natural products work. If you want liquid and easy to spread keep buying the chemically laden products. And even saying this, Eli&You sunscreen DOES actually spread quite nicely once you're used to it. The zinc in it makes it a bit thicker, which I actually prefer. My kids say it smells like licorice and I can definitely smell the herby smell of the moringa seed oil which might take a little bit of getting used to, but it doesn't give you that horrible chemical taste in the back of your throat like conventional sun-lotions if you get it onto your lips. I love that I know nothing toxic goes into our bloodstreams when applying it, especially when I have to apply it ever so often for school-going kids. That's what it's all about: peace of mind. A bit of a pity the tube is so small, but I have a sneaking suspicion it will last a while, even if using often.09/11/2018, By Eco FarmerAn excellent sunscreen..it really prevents sunburn and lasts the whole day. I didn't get burnt once this December holiday, even with only one application and spending a few hours in the sun. You must mix the lotion up a bit by squishing the tube before opening, but once I did that the texture was great. There are two downsides for me; I really don't like the smell, and it left a white residue. It goes on a bit sticky but then pulls into the skin nicely but because of that it is excellent in water! With such amazing ingredients you know it is good for your kids. They stay protected even when they are in the pool as it stays on and is defenetly waterproof. We haven't had any sunburn since. The best part is that it doesn't burn their eyes so there is no struggle to put it on their faces. I love this thank you. I will recommend this to anyone with kids. Even granny love this.10/06/2017, By ChloeThis is great in that it doesn't make you white but it is incredibly oily. I bought this because I stopped wearing makeup and so needed an SPF for my face, but it was too oily. I then took it no holiday with me and used it as an all over sunscreen and I would have to shower twice before it was completely gone. I never got burnt though.
