One dropper full combined with Valerian root tincture before bedtime does the trick. I have also used it during the day, together with Sceletium, to take the edge off stressful situations and it has definitely helped to ease my anxiety levels. The flavour takes getting used to - I recommend dropping it in your morning oats as this gives the oats a nice nutty flavour (two for one bonus!).
