I have let the bag steep for perhaps 10 mins or longer and it is still very pleasant to drink, quite sweet and tastes a bit like liquorice. I've been using this product for two weeks straight now, I wanted to check if it really makes a difference in my sleep patterns and yes it does.
Everyday I take one cup about two hours before I go to bed and my sleep is then so peaceful. Before I used to wake up quite often in the night but now I cannot go to bed without it, it soothes and there's a sense of calmness that you get from it. The taste is not harsh nor too blend, it has that subtle taste and you can enjoy it with or without honey.
