This one is refreshing and delicious! I find it goes best with fruit-based smoothie ingredients, while the vanilla lends itself to any smoothie. This is completely delicious and nutritious and you can honestly have it plain or mix it up. My first mix was with homemade nut milk and I cannot wait to try some more varieties of flavors to add different textures. I felt more awake after drinking it and less hungry in the late afternoon - it was a noticeable difference for me - and that was after just trying it once. Looking forward to having it more often as I can feel there are great long-term benefits and boosting properties. I wish it was a little cheaper (so was thrilled to get to try these in the recent summer sale - the packaging is so convenient as well), but the quality of the product warrants the price. It may feel like a treat but it is a truly wonderful and beneficial supplement - especially in a meat free diet. I have been a vegetarian for over two decades and can honestly say this is among the top supplements I have ever discovered - AND it is vegan no less.06/08/2018, By samYou can smell and taste the greens in this smoothie.
