26/08/2019, By AmrikWhat an absolute waste of time and money. Be warned! If you're to attempt to do this, the instructions require that you keep the prepared coconut milk between 42 and 44 degrees for 18-24 hours. Rather specific and difficult to do at home. How exactly is one to do this?
I've tried (heating it periodically) and this fails miserably. It is also not exactly like I don't know my way around this sort of thing. I've successfully brewed beer, make keffir, ginger beer, and mozzarella as home projects. So I can follow instructions.
Also, the thickener listed on the box was not included, missing from the package.
All fool me for proceeding anyway, not pursuing a refund right away. Although if you do read this, Faithful to Nature, you know what the right thing to do is.
If you do continue to list this product, I would strongly advise that you included a more detail description of what's involved.
