Then I opened the packet and was really rattled at how little culture is in there. It is misleading to say it makes 100 liters, because it does not. Yes, it might make 100 liters IF you take care of your daughter cultures. However, the yoghurt is excellent. I love it. The taste is good and it is thick and creamy, made from full cream milk. Not sure how you get to make 100 litres though, because I have only made about 3 litres including using daughter cultures and half of the culture is already finished..15/05/2018, By MaggieFor the first time my coconut yoghurt is nice and creamy. Very nice product. Made a daughter starter and will also try this. The cheese cloth I also bought helps to slightly strain the yoghurt after making it.
