Their wheatgrass seeds create great microgreens as well as sprouts, either way it’s a staple favourite for super raw nutrition oozing with live enzymes and antioxidants. You get a lot of seeds in this tube and they grow super fast into a very healthy plant. You need to trim it often because of the growth rate.

Just a quick follow up review:
I was blown away by the speed at which wheat grass grows. Within a few days they where ready to harvest. I even bought myself a manual juice extractor and started to juice the grass and add the liquid to my smoothies. I feel great and there is no doubt in my mind that wheat grass is an absolute must to any diet. I thought I would have a stomach upset the first few days of drinking this. This was however not the case and the only "side effects" was feeling great and being healthy. This is awesome stuff.
