Doesn't taste like a "healthier" choice from conventional brands because it feels like I am eating heavy oil. Otherwise the taste is nice and flavours are nice too. I am glad I tried it, but do will not buy again.

However, when eaten on bread, crackers, or mixed with anything at all, the taste changes and ends up being really sweet and strange, not like the initial impression at all.
