01/11/2017, By JillThe term Banting is highly misleading. The total carbs per portion are 26.1 and there are no ingredients given, so you have no idea what the has gone into the penne. I assume it has the right stuff in it, but have no idea if that is so. I haven't tried it, don't know if I will at that carb count. But would never have bought it had I known this information upfront.31/10/2017, By JeneceI was bit nervous to try this product. It was so delicious! You can taste the coconut flour - but I love coconut, so it was no issue. It is a great texture! Not mushy. Firm and held the sauce well. Definitely try it!
