Spiced Indian Flatbreads Recipe:
What you’ll need:- 2 cups organic flour
- ½ cup of yoghurt
- 2 tablespoons of sunflower oil
- ½ cup of ground fenugreek seeds
- 1 crushed garlic clove
- ½ teaspoon of ground cumin
- A pinch of your favourite Himalayan salt
How to:
- Combine all dry Ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
- Pour in the yoghurt, and knead until firm.
- Allow the dough to rest for ~15 minutes under a cloth.
- Preheat your frying pan to a high heat, with ½ teaspoon of sunflower oil.
- Roll the dough into golf ball sized nuggets, and dust them with flour.
- Roll the dough nuggets out into flat circles.
- Place your dough disc onto the skillet, wait for it to start bubbling them flip.
Care Instructions:
- Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight.
