13/06/2019, By CheriI bought this in the hopes it would help with my digestive issues. The first couple bags I tried after lunch and my symptoms were much worse. Most notably cramping and bloating. This last time I drank it on an empty stomach and had none of the previous issues. The flavor of the tea is delicious but it didn't give me any more relief than your bog standard peppermint tea. Not worth the price!
