I consume it internally and use it as a mouthwash as appose to using it externally on wounds etc.
Research suggest silver as an antibacterial and antimicrobial so there seems to be no negatives on supplementing with it.

My older son then got ringworm on his back and I tried the colloidal silver. After using it for only 3 days the ringworm disappeared and hasnt come back. It also works for athletes foot and other fungal infections.
