Great for energy

I love this powder. I use it daily in a smoothie. It helps to cover my green nutrition needs when my eating isn't as balanced as I'd like. I can definitely tell a difference in my energy if I miss it for even 2 days.

For medical reasons, I've gone on a raw vegan diet. My energy was really dragging until I started using this in my smoothie every morning. It made a noticeable difference in my energy. I noticed the difference within 3 days. Love it!
