Hemp protein powder is great as you get your protein and fiber in and after blending does not make smoothie unnecessarily thicker. I think it has reduced bloating in my stomach and have not experienced any side effects that come on when consuming protein powders.08/09/2015, By AdeleDaily smoothies have become a way of life and the addition of this hemp powder has been exceptionally beneficial to my mom who recently had a knee replacement. To date, this is the best source of Protein that I have tried. It is low in Lysine, so either one needs to take sufficient or else balance elsewhere.
Its very easy on digestion and my skin glows from the Omega-3 and 6 in it.
I am also very active and find a wonderful difference in my muscle tone.

What I do like is its ability to clean your stomach as it goes through.
