My homeopath is a complete supplement snob and swears by fridge probiotics only so I wouldn't even try probiotics that weren't in the fridge. He was right, they're not as effective... until now! My tummy has been great! Rawbiotics is the truth!
Not only does it have additional nutrients that this breastfeeding mama needs, it's good on the wallet.

Got this as a sample, and used it - the taste is quite okay, and it's easy to take; I always take it on an empty stomach and follow it up with a glass of water. I generally feel good, and my digestive system works well. I guess it works! :-) Only question I have regarding this, is how one can compare it with other probiotics, which always (as far as I know) say how many colony forming units each serving contains. This only names the species (and say how many there are), and the figure of "beneficial cultures' in mg. Pharmacist says that you can't take all bacteria in if you have an imbalance, can make the imbalance worse. Sad, but that is the downside to natural medicine: it is unregulated.

After consulting with my doctor, who said it would be fine to take it along with my usual priobiotic, I took it out of the fridge to read the directions... only to discover that I should not have refrigerated it! :-o
So, I don't know whether I have now killed everything, but I will keep it out of the fridge now and try it for a month and see whether the white flakes develop as they should if the culture is still alive.
My advice is: make a big red "DO NOT REFRIGERATE" sticker for people who are used to putting probiotics into the fridge.
