This stuff is ridiculously good. This is how I use it: First, I dry brush with my Moroccan glove. I also got it from here. I've found it works better than brushes.
Then I pour a generous dollop of this in my warm/slightly hot bath. Make sure to break up the oil as much as possible. I then soak for a 5 minutes or so making sure my KP areas are well coated with the oil then I scrub with a washing cloth and make sure to scrub the oil off your body, or you'll feel yucky. Pay attention to your KP areas.
When you get out of the bath, while still damp apply a little more of this onto your KP areas and rub vigorously with your hands.
In 1 week I have seen a 20% improvement in my arms and a 10% improvement in the back of my thighs which have been the most stubborn areas.
Added bonus, it's worked miracles on my newest stretch marks.
