It is water based, so it basically feels like applying scented water. I've been using it for two months, and cannot see a difference in my complexion at all.31/10/2018, By BeateWhat a disappointment! It does not do anything that it promisses! My skin does not feel or look better, the pigmentation is just as dark as it was. The serum is watery and expensive for something not working. This serum is quite watery and very thin. This serum is not nourishing after use but I've rated it so well because it works so well in lightening dark patches . I'm Indian and have blotchy uneven skin tone. This works extreamly well to lighten and brighten my complexion. Will definitely buy again.
