10/09/2019, By rooi see a lot of customers are complaining recently about the life span of this bulb. FTN is no longer supplying us with the "Dr Fischer" brand bulbs (those are the ones that used to to last long). they are now supplying us with cheap regular electrical store globes (BUT THEY ARE CHARGING THE SAME PRICE) honestly its ridiculous, and these bulbs dont last more than a few days.10/09/2019, By sheilai think they changed the make of the bulb from what ftn used to supply us with. it is no longer the name brand one (it used to be called dr something, i cant remember), and it is def not worth it anymore. these are regular over the counter bulbs that barely last a month. it is over priced.03/09/2019, By MelissaUnfortunately the new replacement globe blew immediately. We have 4 salt lamps and 2 of them blow a bulb within a few days, the others last 3 to 4 weeks.
