It has removed poop stains from my son's clothes after he's had a blow out diaper. I also like that it is antibacterial. I also sprayed my husbands jeans all over before washing and it really cleaned it well...looked a bit browned before. I've also soaked shirts in a basin full of water with some of this stain treater in it, it did brighten them up as well once they were washed. I dilute a little bit with water in the sink, dip the item in the solution, rub the stained area, soak for an hour or so and then wash it in the washing machine with vinegar. Works wonders!
