I shook the bottle quite well before opening and when I opened it, all I could smell was alcohol, I didn't smell the ginger due to the strong alcohol smell. I used it in a lamb curry dish, but can't really tell if it was beneficial or not. We add it to our juices in the morning or I add it to tea on winter evenings. Love this product!19/09/2017, By NewgirlharperWonderful stuff. I use it it many of my recipes and also a few drops in a little water for nausea, heartburn, indigestion and even add a drop or two to my breakfast smoothie. Now all I need to do is to find a real good ginger beer recipe-just like how my auntie Marie used to make it.
