It is yummy! It has a dark, rich flavour. Just like I like my fynbos honey.

I found this honey crystallises very quickly. I ended up warming up the honey on a daily basis. After warming up there was a distinct separation of the "honey" It gave me the impression that there was a syrup on top of the honey. Therefore is is really pure raw honey?
