It has a genuinely soothing and healing effect that endures after the cream is washed off. And you only need the tiniest amount. It is fully absorbed and doesn't leave your skin sticky. Found it absorbs better if a little of the original aloe gel is used first - this also makes it last longer. Its a lot more expensive and a smaller container.
