I've been using stimulant based preworkouts for years but nothing prepared me for the pump that this product provides. Good clean energy without the itches from normal preworkouts. The only negative I can comment on is that the preworkout only kicks in about 45 minutes into your training so you should consider taking it about an hour before training.
