It took about a week and my chapped sore lips were history. I have tried the other lip balm flavours in this range which are awesome, but the tea-tree one is the best for damaged skin. I keep one handy at all times. LOVE this product!02/11/2011, By GillianI purchased this tea tree lip balm and its not the nicest tasting lip balm and you really do need to apply it often as it takes a long time of use before your lips start feeling softer and smoother. It smells divine and comes in cute packaging - i would recommend as a nice gift for someone..
