Recently, Ive begun to undergo menopause and have hormonal acne.
I read that hemp seed oil could relieve my acne but was concerned when I read that it is the perfect 3:1 ratio of Omega 6 to Omega 3.
The results however are fantastic. Im taking these capsules and using Jojoba oil on my face. Hemp seed oil has been the only other thing that helps keep my hormonal acne at a manageable level.
Like seriously- this stuff is amazing. I used to take the oil directly with a spoon but that was just too much for me. I couldn stomach the taste and taking this pill has made that bearable.27/01/2014, By CarmenThis hemp oil is a brilliant product. Our entire family takes it as a cancer preventative.
It is also very good for the skin and has sorted my eczema out nicely.
