I woke up bloated though and took some more during the day and I didn't see much difference.13/01/2019, By JIt really does work, helped bloating and pain associated with IBS and I've only taken it for 3 days now. I also gave it to another family member who was complaining of gas and bloating and it helped immediately. I took advice from another reviewer and took my first dose at night. It doesn't make me feel very sleepy but does have a very relaxing effect, the first time I took it i felt a little stange-in a good relaxed sort of way..but my body system is pretty sensitive. Also since it’s a supplement, it still needs to be accompanied by a healthy high fiber diet.15/10/2017, By CheriOk, firstly this stuff gives you a wonderful nights sleep - my mom and I both tried it and from the first night we both slept VERY well. So I wouldn't take it during the day. As far as IBS symptoms go I have noticed an improvement. It takes a while - it's being about 2weeks - but there is a noticeable change in symptoms. Will buy again.
