29/06/2019, By JI found this supplement to be very helpful. I have IBS, gallstones and elevated liver enzymes. It improved digestive function and i will continue to use it. I was using another liver supplement bought from ftn but unfortunately the inclusion of wild yam herb completely upset my hormones and I ended up with bad pms. I used about 3 bottles of that and then after switching to this I am back to a balanced state with a little help from liver ally. I know most people prefer a vegetarian capsule but I prefer to empty the capsule into a little water or a spoon full of my food before a meal and this works well, it's not bad tasting and still easier than having to take something in tea form. I would definately recommend this supplement - the tumeric alone is a great adition to the diet for its proven anti inflammatory properties. Whether you take this on a constant basis or just as a once off once or twice a year I'm sure it will do you well.17/04/2018, By NadiaI would buy this again. I like that I don't have to take milk thistle separately.
