Sounds like such a mad hippie thing to be rubbing salt under one's arm. :D It really does work, though! I love it! It keeps any body odour away. I also enjoy the fact that it has no perfume that could interfere with whatever scent I prefer to put on myself. For convenience I have a spray bottle filled with water that I spray under my arms before applying this when not using directly after a shower. The only thing I dislike a bit is that the lid is a little fragile. I turned it too tight and it cracked. I tend to sweat a lot which hasn't really happened with the crystal, but more importantly I have absolutely no body (armpits) odour when I use this. Previously I found that Garnier roll-ons were the only ones that really worked for me, but there was still always an underlying 'natural' body odour that came through, which doesn't happen at all with the ROK Crystal.
